Installation was quick and easy to setup. Our service tech, Rob, was friendly and personable.

System is worse than one it replaced. I now have rust build up on toilets and tub. Called and techs never really fix problem, they just test water and say it is fine. Had several techs out since the February 4th install. One said system was jeopardized and needed to be replaced but wasn't. Spent over $5,000 for a system that is worse than the one it replaced. Horrible service and system.

I had been struggling with city water and the overwhelming smell of chlorine in my water for years, finally decided to start the process of getting quotes for home water filtration systems...Thats where Trevor and Tony from Leaf Home water solutions come in. Trevor was amazing he never once made us feel like he was pushing off the product just to "make a profit". He took his time did every water test right infront of us and explain what each test was and what the numbers meant. needless to say the amount of chlorine in our water was that of a public swimming pool!! After going over all the results Trevor told us what he recommended would be best and let us choose what we wanted. He Recommended a combo but we chose to just go with what we could afford and he never tried to oversell us on anything else. Fast forward to installation which literally was the next Moring where Tony was prompt on time, super polite and extremely fast with the install...less than an hour to be exact. Overall id definitely recommend Leaf home solutions for all your water needs!

My installer Connor was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. He was clear in what he was doing, checked in when I asked, and was very helpful throughout the process when I had questions. He was very neat, kept everything clean, and was also very clear during our wrap up and gave me all the information I needed. Absolutely an asset to this company worth keeping at all costs.

Got to say the installer Jeremy not only did he do a professional install but there was such a roadblock in his way he stood up to the challenge and achieved it with great results. Now for the final results for the system after 4 days of running water shows great results in softening, quality and taste. The RO systems have definitely lowered the TDS in the water.

The representative came out within 24 hours of our contact and explained the system, tested our water and gave us a proposal which was a little higher than we were ready for. He contacted the manager and came back with a proposal that was acceptable and within 6 hours the system was in and working. The technician who installed it did a great job and fully explained the operation and gave me his direct phone number should we have any problems. Hats off to Jesus Torres our installer.

Jeremy was a great person to deal with. He was very outgoing and wanting to do 150%. He has super great customer service and very positive attitude. This job took 7 1/2 hours but he still had a smile on his face till the end. I would 100% recommend Jeremy for any job. He was the best customer service person I have had for a long time. Brad was very knowledgeable about installing and explaining how the system works. Took his time to show me everything. It was a pleasure to watch him work. Could not ask for a better technician. Would highly recommend him.

Giovanny Manzur the sales person and Rob Russetter the installer made are experience spending $3250.00 simple and easy. they both are very rare people in this day and age they both showed care and concern about our wants and needs. we will be referring both of them and their company to all our friends and to whomever we come across in need of a home water system. customer #worl07268

Our sales rep Lindsey Hochstetler was a pleasure to work with. She is a great asset to your company. She explained everything in detail for us and handled everything professionally. I am very happy that she was the employee that we had and our system will be here and installed on Monday.

Ken Dehon responded to my estimate request and was very thorough and well informed in the product and testing. He was very professional and communicated well in answering all my questions and concerns. I was very please that the installation could be done the very same day by Damian Pardillo who was also punctual and well informed. He accomplished his task efficiently and cleaned up the work space when done. He also did a good answering my questions and was thorough in running through the readouts, what to expect and the type of salt and amount that needed to be added and when. Thank for a job well done. Happy Customer Garrett Britt was my salesman, he did a phenomenal job convincing me of the water treatment system I purchased. Patrick was the service Technicial who carefully and neatly installed my whole house water treatment system. I noticed the improvement right away.

Sales representative was awesome. He knew his product and communicated well. And then, we had it installed. A total nightmare ensued that took over 2 months and 2 missed days from work to get corrected. Now we learn that this filter does not remove Arsenic. Very disappointing. I should have done more research but hopefully others can learn from my mistake. Also, I asked for them to come out to test my water to see if the filter is working correctly and they want me to pay for a Service Call. Instead, I am going to have one of their competitors come test my water for free. I might just be motivated to remove this whole mess from under my sink before they tell me it's time to buy a new filter. Overall, just disappointing.
