The most awful agency I have come across. Very unprofessional Money greedy. I am wodering where they get 83% positive feedback from. They bring in young unprofessioal with little to no experience of customer service. You don't even understand what they say most of the time. The owner is known to be a money greed person... everything all the people withone star saying about this company is true and the ones given 5* i wonder if they are family and friends. It took them 11 months to sell a property of ours. they charged us for the mistake and their own misunderstanding. They changed resources 4 times. when made a complaint they said they stop everything. they promissed they look in to the issue but it was all a lie. they lie easily, they are misleading, they are unprofessional, they are conning, they are untrustworthy, they are just a horrible solicitor firm.... should be avoided at all cost.
