I have purchased a fair amount of gear from KMR over many years. The staff seem to be passionate about recording gear and seem willing to pass their expertise on to you, not merely to make a sale but so you get what you want and need. It seems as if they take a long term view and once you build a sense of trust with them there seems to be nothing they won't do to help you. Recently they took back an item I had just bought because I thought it was broken, but it was me who had missed a tiny switch, and it was working perfectly. Three days later having arranged pick up, and getting their technical staff to check it, it is back with me. I could not believe the graciousness with which I was told it was a thing easily done, and this said only to assuage my embarrassment. Will I use them again, Most definitely!
We had a Barefoot MM27 speaker fail on us down at the studio last week. Within 2 hours KMR Had sent us a loan set via courier to keep the studio up and running and within a few days our faulty speaker was repaired and returned to us. We continue to use KMR as the go to company for all our audio equipment purchases and have always been treated great and with fair pricing. Many thanks for getting us out of this squeeze. I am very strict and delicate. I'm not a comfortable customer for them. But Nick was very flexible and skillful with me and gave me a better choice. His ability is outstanding in many ways. I thank him so much that it's hard to explain everything with a short review. The deal with KMR and Nick is just the beginning. Looking forward to more future deals!

I have used KMR Audio twice now in the last 6 months to purchase a Solid State Logic SSL 2 audio interface, Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro open back headphones, & the Neumann TM 102 large diaphragm condenser microphone studioset. I have found all the staff I have dealt with to be friendly, professional & efficient. The Neumann microphone had to come from the factory in Germany, I was kept up to date at every stage of the process, & it arrived exactly on the estimated delivery date. Special mention to Callum Brownson-Smith for going to great lengths to make sure I was kept in the loop at every stage including telephoning me personally to arrange convenient delivery. As an industry professional of nearly four decades standing I cannot emphasie how important good customer service is in audio tech purchases. I will certainly use this company again. Two very positive experiences. Appreciated guys

Great price for my id14 interface, but Audient themselves were delayed in dispatching. Even with this, KMR provided great customer service, especially Callum Brownson-Smith in making sure my item was item was dispatched as fast as possible!

I was regularly kept up to date on my order with professional yet friendly emails, and before delivery was arranged they confirmed a suitable date to prevent a missed delivery. I will certainly use the company again.
