Only positives about KMR.

I have purchased a fair amount of gear from KMR over many years. The staff seem to be passionate about recording gear and seem willing to pass their expertise on to you, not merely to make a sale but so you get what you want and need. It seems as if they take a long term view and once you build a sense of trust with them there seems to be nothing they won't do to help you. Recently they took back an item I had just bought because I thought it was broken, but it was me who had missed a tiny switch, and it was working perfectly. Three days later having arranged pick up, and getting their technical staff to check it, it is back with me. I could not believe the graciousness with which I was told it was a thing easily done, and this said only to assuage my embarrassment. Will I use them again, Most definitely!

Keeping the studio running in times of need

We had a Barefoot MM27 speaker fail on us down at the studio last week. Within 2 hours KMR Had sent us a loan set via courier to keep the studio up and running and within a few days our faulty speaker was repaired and returned to us. We continue to use KMR as the go to company for all our audio equipment purchases and have always been treated great and with fair pricing. Many thanks for getting us out of this squeeze. Great Experience with Nick & KMR

I did purchased few items from the KMR audio Nick Stringer was extremely helpful and organize everything in a super efficient manner (super fast shipping / sturdy packaging). Glorious Glories, Hale KMR! - Carnaby Harmonic EQ

Glorious Glories, Hale KMR! I reached out to Stefan and the team at KMR for some info on the Carnaby Harmonic Eq. The bank of knowledge they had was immensely detailed, to the point the purchase became a no brainer. Stefan shipped it that morning and I received it the next day. Once I racked and plumbed it into my small stash of outboard hardware, Wooow.. I was blown away by the reality of.. One how factual the information I received was and Two how good this thing sounded. Professional Audio Support

I am so happy that I bought my new studio equipment from KMR. The staff were extremely helpful every step of the way. They provide excellent technical support and went the full mile in every circumstance to make sure that everything was set up so that it would work optimally. I would not hesitate to recommend that any music professional buy their products through KMR because they make sure that you are not alone and you can always get through to speak to someone.

SHOP AT THE OTHER PRO AUDIO SHOP IN THE UK

I was sent a faulty unit straight out the box. Now they want me to send it back at great expense to myself. When I dealt with the only other pro audio gear shop in the uk they sent me a new unit and collected the other one at the same time. KMR falls very short of good service. Shop elsewhere. The other pro audio shop in the uk is a million times better.

KMR…my knights in shining armour!

One of my Barefoot MM26’s wouldn’t power up, and I felt sick to my stomach, but I had a life line…Stefan. Come in, let James take a look at it (James the genius) within half and hour, he’d replaced the power supply, and all was well in the world! I’m not a massive studio, but KMR care about all their customers…what matters to you, matters to them and they had me up and running in no time. We are so lucky to have a company with such amazing staff and sales team. The outrageous beautiful gear is something else, but the aftercare…is second to none. Thank you KMR x

Purchased two pieces of equipment from…

Purchased two pieces of equipment from KMR for my son’s music studio that needed some serious technical knowledge to get them integrated. Stefan help and expertise along with the help of his team made this painless. Within a short time my son’s studio was up and running. Great service standard levels and would highly recommend Stefan and KMR.

Definately one to avoid.

I purchased an item and then needed to return it. It took them nearly 2 weeks to respond to me. I was happy to pay for the return of the item as there was nothing wrong with it, however, KMR, against UK Distance Selling Laws, has failed to refund me for the outgoing postage and has deducted from the cost of the item - something they don't state in their terms. I have called them, had the phone put down, and emailed them numerous times, but they have failed to respond. A massive disappointment - one I am sure not to make again. EDIT. So now I have left a negative review for KMR, now they want more information so "they can help me". Do you not think you should answer customer's emails instead?
