Definately one to avoid.
I purchased an item and then needed to return it. It took them nearly 2 weeks to respond to me. I was happy to pay for the return of the item as there was nothing wrong with it, however, KMR, against UK Distance Selling Laws, has failed to refund me for the outgoing postage and has deducted from the cost of the item - something they don't state in their terms. I have called them, had the phone put down, and emailed them numerous times, but they have failed to respond. A massive disappointment - one I am sure not to make again. EDIT. So now I have left a negative review for KMR, now they want more information so "they can help me". Do you not think you should answer customer's emails instead?
