Absolutely awful company to buy from. My bracelets turned up after about 3 weeks, 1 broken, 1 chain twisted, the material is cheap plastic. Then they expect you to return the items at our cost even though it’s arrived damaged. If we don’t want to return they would offer 25% refund… it’s a con. Customer service have left me on delivered for 11 hours at a time. Don’t buy from companies like this who make their money through making a return that much hassle that you give in and just take a pointless 25%

I thought id made a mistake after placing my order and hearing nothing more - especially after reading some of the reviews on here. Delivery takes longer than I expected and I did contact Kloudy who replied that my orders were progressing. That doesn't mean a lot, so I thought the worst. Today my orders turned up and the bracelets are lovely. Very delicate but good quality. Just be prepared for a long despatch time, but it'll be worth it.
The jewelry really seems like they're made of gold. Unfortunately one ring I got, the wavy ring, which was adjustable, was dented in an attempt to tighten it to fit my finger. All the other things I got seems like great quality stuff even if I still didn't try wearing them at the sea or the swimming pool.
