My review is prior to receiving my product and concentrates on customer service. I had some questions with regards to the protocol when using the micro needling system and where ut fits in with my current skincare regime. Within half an hour my questions were answered succinctly and in detail.

I thought id made a mistake after placing my order and hearing nothing more - especially after reading some of the reviews on here. Delivery takes longer than I expected and I did contact Kloudy who replied that my orders were progressing. That doesn't mean a lot, so I thought the worst. Today my orders turned up and the bracelets are lovely. Very delicate but good quality. Just be prepared for a long despatch time, but it'll be worth it.
