Absolutely awful company to buy from. My bracelets turned up after about 3 weeks, 1 broken, 1 chain twisted, the material is cheap plastic. Then they expect you to return the items at our cost even though it’s arrived damaged. If we don’t want to return they would offer 25% refund… it’s a con. Customer service have left me on delivered for 11 hours at a time. Don’t buy from companies like this who make their money through making a return that much hassle that you give in and just take a pointless 25%
