After reading the reviews AFTER placing my order 🤦🏼♀️ I was worried. Unfortunately I can confirm that they are pretty much accurate. The items I purchased are of the lowest standard, one broken on delivery. They were for stocking fillers for Xmas but I would be too embarrassed to gift them. Avoid, it’s a load of rubbish . If something looks too good to be true it is. Lesson learnt.
I’m going to veto Kloudy unfortunately. I kept looking for real reviews and couldn’t find many, so I’m leaving mine wherever I can. I purchased because of the sale too and I picked 7 pieces. Two of the necklaces broke within the first month and a half, and I had only worn them 2-3 times max and hadn’t worn them in water either. Overall cheap quality and not pleased. Turns out their lifetime warranty only applies to the non tarnish feature too, not to items that break due to bad craftsmanship. The silver tone is also a darker color - it doesn’t read as silver much at all. Overall 2/5 stars at best (only because my earrings have held up okay so far)
So the only reason this isn’t 1-2 stars is because their customer service is excellent and their bracelets are still intact. HOWEVER, I recently got my order (the $129 bundle) just short of a month ago and the necklace has already snapped :( Additionally the gold plating is slowly eroding off of the rings. The jewelry box also came with a small stain on the inside of the box (something I could overlook originally but worth mentioning.) So, if you were thinking these would be the perfect everyday jewelry I have bad news… but it’s definitely cute for occasional use !
Jeder weiß, dass man diesen Schmuck für einstellige Eurobeträge bei AliExpress kaufen kann. Hab ich auch schon gemacht. Den Mehrwert beim Einzelhandel sehe ich dann darin, dass man immerhin den Schmuck schneller bekommt und dafür halt mehr zahlt, weil ein Lager vorgehalten werden muss. Kloudy gönnt sich höhere Preise als AliExpress, man bekommt aber seine Ware trotzdem erst nach Ewigkeiten. Da kann ich auch direkt selbst in China kaufen. Kloudy bietet keinen Mehrwert und ich kaufe da nie wieder. Bei Hey Harper kam der Schmuck immerhin zeitnah.
I purchased a bundle from this company back in July 2024. The order contained two rings, which tarnished within a couple of weeks. I reached out to the company expressing my concerns, since the website makes claims that the products are “Waterproof, Sweatproof & Tarnish-free”. Their customer service was prompt and friendly and sent out another set of rings for me. Unfortunately, the same thing happened and the rings tarnished and lost their gold color once again, this time almost faster than the first set of rings. Wish I could be writing a better review but I do not feel comfortable promoting a company who is outright lying to their customers. Please reconsider, save your money and look into purchasing real quality pieces somewhere else!

Absolutely disappointed in the quality of these, just goes to show that the company is paying influencers to promote a cheap, poorly made product. I purchased the bundle thinking what a great deal and tarnish proof for life, however NO WHERE on the site does it say what the materials are. All 3 of my rings have had the gold layer flake off within 4 wears. Don’t even think about washing your hands with the rings on. The earring are really heavy! So that means it will stretch out your holes, why not list the weight on the site ? You list all this money back guarantee however not offer free returns so you loose $40 on shipping??? Also what sucks even more is that you find the EXACT same pieces on AliExpress for under $5 a piece that actually lists the weight and material. So SO SO ANNOYED that this is what is being promoted and the obviously fake reviews that are everywhere on the internet. Please save your money and buy from a reputable brand because this is definitely not one!

Bought a necklace and bracelet. They look great but the bracelet arrived with a broken clasp. Reached out to support and they shipped a new one . Now waiting for it.
Really beautiful jewelry pieces haven't faded in color after wearing them from shower to bed. Zero tarnish as of yet and I've been wearing it for a few months. I will post another review after a year of wearing these.

my bracelet broke just after 2 months of wear very poor quality and was issued a 10% refund which wouldn't even pay for a replacement. very disappointed
