I received my order incredibly quick! Super impressed with that. I had ordered three pairs, upon opening everything prescription was perfect- but there was a mix-up with one of the frame colors. I reached out and they looked into it, they were happy to fix my mistake. And they immediately placed the order for the correct frame color. I think that I have found my new obsession and will definitely be ordering more very, very soon!!!

I had visited the physical store on Yew St Vancouver and was able to try frames in person. The lady who helped me was very nice. After I put my order in, I noticed a coupon code on the website after paying. She told me she would send an email to reimburse me the sale price and said she didn't know about the sale. I came back and the same lady who helped me last time was very nice and patient. She help me fit my new glasses in store. We also used the coupons for free drinks, so that was really nice. The glasses store is also a coffee shop. My only complaint is lack of washrooms.

Amazing quality! I ordered 4 pairs the first time, and when I saw how great the styles were ordered sunglasses too! Never having prescription sunglasses before I was hesitant on how clear they’d be (or how tinted they wouldn’t be)- and I’m so pleased with both!

I ordered 4 glasses. When I got them, I immediately tried them on and feel in love. A couple of days with the new glasses, things looked kind of blurry so I called customer care and the went into detail what could be the causes. Now that I had a full understanding of my prescription, we figured out that my stigmatism was the reason why things were getting blurry with the new glasses. They re ordered the same glasses with the right prescription for me. It was never this easy to buy prescription glasses until now! Thank you

The specs came with a crooked handle. The glasses are falling off. Not happy with purchasing designer glasses. Not sure how to fix the fitting issue now.

Very nice collection of frames also would like to see need additions for large size frames which are limited

I paid an expedited shipment cost which was useless but Kits refunded the cost and sent me a case at no cost (original glasses didn't come with a case). I am very satisfied, thanks kits for the reparations!
