I have used Kinetic Estate Agent twice, the first time buying a house. They dealt with the transition of the sale very quickly keeping me up to date with suggested move dates and anything about the property I needed to know. More recently I used them to sell my house, the fee is great value for money! The house was online within a matter of hours and sold within 5 days. The sale took a while not due to the fault of Kinetic and they were extremely good at speaking to the solicitors, the purchaser and myself. Excellent service from Daryl who looked at the property I had to sell he was very knowledgeable about the area and the market. Rob was very good at chasing the very slow solicitors and kept me informed of any developments. If you have a house to sell it is definitely worth giving them a call!
