We always deal with the same person Claudia, she will always go that extra mile, we have dealt with Kenwood Travel for 10 yrs and never been disappointed.

I contacted Kenwood Travel to book a holiday to Antigua, I was greeted pleasantly on the phone by Lai, who specialises in holidays to the Caribbean. I explained that before I could book the holiday I needed to ensure that the seats on the aircraft were available (being 6' 6" tall, and given the journey time, a standard seat would not be suitable). For the first time in over 40 years of travelling worldwide I found a travel consultant who took the time to listen to what I was saying and who understood my situation. Lai, looked at various flight options, until we found and secured the seats and then the holiday. Thank you Kenwood Travel, and more importantly thank you Lai, for all your help and patience, I won't be using any other travel consultants in the future for my holiday needs.

The personal approach taken and good listening to our requirements. Ali was excellent. I got quotes from various other companies, but no-one else was as helpful or understood what we were looking for.

I sent a travel request at 19:00 hours. I was called back about 10 minutes later. The caller was very patient and professional. The booking was confirmed very quickly.

Always use this company for our florid holiday. Helpful friendly staff. Be careful when googling kenwood Travel as I initially ended up with a different company wanting all money up front. ? Scam.
