I contacted Kenwood Travel last year, particularly Zac Waterhouse who looks after the Far East and Asia, to look at a trip my partner and I wanted to take to Borneo, Bali and Kuala Lumper in May 2025. The help and advice we received was outstanding. Zac booked flights, hotels, transfers and excursions for us and compiled a comprehensive itinerary. Everything was fantastic and went like clockwork. The hotels were top quality (even got upgraded in one) and special concessions in another. The tour operators they used in Borneo (My Nature Resort - Sepilok) ran the rain forest part of the tour with a single guide (Shout out to Rose), who stayed with us the whole time and was our guide and source of all the information regarding everything we saw. Finally, the company who looked after all the airport and hotel transfers (Destination Asia) were fantastic too. Always prompt and with nice clean vehicles. We were kept informed all along with information on transfers and pickup times. All in all a 5star experience 10/10.
