BEWARE! SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH
We won't be using Kenwood Travel again. Whilst the staff seemed pleasant enough when assisting with the choice and booking of our Caribbean holiday, once we had paid things weren't so great. Emails not answered in a timely manner and WORSE - we heard via social media that Hyatt had taken over our Hilton hotel one month before departure. We asked our agent if everything was okay with our booking and THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. Then, when checking in online with British Airways before flight, the time was changed and was ONE HOUR earlier than the information Kenwood had sent us. Again, THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW and so we would have missed our flight if we had not checked. All we got was a "sorry for the inconvenience" email when we drew it to their attention - missing a flight from LGW to the Caribbean would have been more than an "inconvenience". Finally, their agents overseas are AmStar. They were RUBBISH. Chaos at the airport, didn't turn up for the scheduled "meet and greet" and never bothered to give us our pick up time (supposed to be 24/48 hours before pick up). It never arrived and we had to urgently email Kenwood in the "hope" that someone would let us know. NOT GOOD ENOUGH from a company specialising in trips of a lifetime.
