Stiva was amazing - she stayed on the phone after her finishing time to help me with my booking and phoned me back the next morning to confirm everything. She also told me that I could call her back if I have any other questions or queries. Excellent service- this was the first time I have booked with Kenwood Travel but it won’t be my last

We have used Kenwood Travel several times in the past and have been very pleased with the service given This year was no exception as we had to change the dates of our booking a few times and this did not present any real issues. Whilst we did have to pay admin fees to change our agent was extremely helpful. Their customer service is definitely a big factor in our choosing to use them for our bookings. Pricewise they are very competitive so all in all we are very pleased to use them for our bookings
