Sometimes you are lucky, and you get someone really helpful when you are calling a business. But then you get Lai Yap at Kenwood Travel and you truly strike gold! Lai is really helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and such a lovely, warm and happy person to be around, and a real credit to Kenwood Travel. I shall ALWAYS come back to Lai.

We have used Kenwood Travel for a number of years now and all their agents provide a quick, detailed turnaround to any requests or queries about the holiday, throughout the whole process, from when you first book it to when you return from the holiday. We have only used the European holiday agents and they are always knowledgeable about the resorts and flight details. Agents are very patient and polite. Prices are also very competitive vs internet comparison sites. Great overall customer service, thank you!

We deal with Claudia Centanni to book - she makes it easy, and even booked our seats in the cabin for us . You were cheaper than TUI as well , though not by much . Your company seems to have greater flexibility with the Couples group in Jamaica which is great .
