This is the latest in holiday bookings with Kenwood and we have been dealing with the same representative for many years, he is like a member of the family really. Zeb Akhtar is his name, a very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable guy who finds us the best deal offers us the best flights to suit our purpose and so on, in short he make the expensive outlay of a long haul holiday a fun and pleasurable experience.

Excellent service with great knowledge of area so good advice about where to stay. This meant our trip could be tailored exactly to our needs.

About the only place where you can look and select a multi centre holiday yourself (was really easy on the website) so we were able to look at a lot of options and select the kind of hotels we wanted. Then I spoke to Aaron to change a couple of things that i couldn't do on the website (we wanted to fly a different route) and this was really easy and he was brilliant sorted it all with no hassle.

Very informative and helpful

We have travelled with Kenwood a number of times and always been c happy with the booking process. However it seems that availability and prices are not ‘live’ as we booked and paid a deposit only to find the holiday was no longer available. Very disappointed

Very easy to book online. We queried via email if it was definitely booked at the price indicated and this was confirmed the following day. The price given was the very best price we could find after lots of searching around

Holiday Advisor was very helpful and came back promptly with answers to questions and listened to our requirements to find us the right resort in our budget.
