Easy straightforward to use online booking with Kenwood

Been using Kenwood Travel for over 10 years, always excellent customer service. Clear, concise communication and professional advise, with a online portal to keep track of payments and status. By far the best travel agency we have used.

I wanted a "special location" to help celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. Lai Yap at Kenwood helped with a few Maldives options and based on the time we had available (4 nights) and specific requirements; over-water villa, adult-only, 5*, not too far from airport she advised Oblu Lobigili. This was a great recommendation and we had a wonderful time.

I found a holiday I was interested in on the website and requested the quote to be emailed so I could discuss it with my husband. The email came with contact details for a consultant so after speaking to my husband I called the consultant who talked it all through with me and answered my questions. I went ahead and booked there and then. I received a follow up email with payment details to make the deposit. It was all very straightforward. I’m now on count down until our holiday 😊 So far excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend Kenwood Travel.
