James Brooking and all the team at the Rawtenstall branch have been absolutely brilliant in helping us secure our dream house. Polite, friendly and pro-active in every way. He has given help and advice throughout what can be quite a stressful process and explained everything to us in great detail. If they couldn’t give us a answer there and then they would update us to say why and also a timescale of when they’ll be able too do so. If James wasn’t available everyone else in the office was able to update us as they all seemed to know what was going on. Communication is key in situations like this and this is where James has excelled. We’ve been that impressed with the service that we’ve decided to rent our property through Keenans as well.
