Kaywood Gardens Apartments Reviews

The clubhouse and pool area are nice perks, though some of the equipment in the gym could use updating. The apartments themselves are comfortable and the location is convenient for commuting. Overall a solid choice for the price point.

The apartments themselves are nice with updated fixtures and appliances. However, finding parking can be a real hassle, especially when guests visit. The office staff tries to be helpful but there's only so much they can do about the limited spots. Would be 4 stars if the parking situation was better.

The internet service provided is pretty unreliable and slow. Everything else about the complex is solid though.

You can definitely hear your neighbors more than I'd like, especially upstairs footsteps. That said, the rent is competitive for the area and the units are clean and modern. The fitness center is small but has everything you need.

The grounds are absolutely gorgeous with mature trees and well-designed flower beds. It's surprisingly quiet for being so close to the main road. My unit gets great natural light and the kitchen has plenty of counter space. Very satisfied with my choice to move here.

While the location is convenient, there are ongoing issues with noise from the nearby construction and some areas of the property look like they need attention. The rent increases have also been pretty steep. Management is friendly but seems overwhelmed at times.

From the initial tour to move-in day, everything was handled professionally. The common areas are always clean and the laundry facilities are well-maintained. Package delivery system works great too. Minor issue with water pressure in the shower but nothing major.

The leasing office staff goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. They're responsive to concerns and always willing to help. The community events they organize are a nice touch too. Really feels like home here.

This place has exceeded my expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for families. When I had a plumbing issue, maintenance was out the same day. The playground area is well-designed and my kids love it. Very happy we chose Kaywood Gardens.

Really impressed with how much closet and storage space these apartments have. The bedroom is large enough for a king bed plus furniture. Air conditioning works great and utility costs have been reasonable. Would definitely recommend to friends.

I've been living at Kaywood Gardens for about 8 months now and overall it's been a positive experience. The apartment layouts are spacious and the grounds are well-maintained. My only complaint is that maintenance requests sometimes take longer than expected to be addressed, but the staff is always friendly and professional when they do come out.

Perfect spot with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The pool area is beautiful and well-kept.
