#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.
Made a big purchase and got a tracking…
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Fuir!!!!! Suite à la visite d'une boutique sur Paris, j'ai pris commande par la suite sur Internet. Ils ont bien encaissés mon argent et depuis deux mois je me bats avec des fantômes... seul les boutiques me répondent, ils reconnaissent un souci avec leur société mais malheureusement ils ne peuvent rien faire. Ma commande a été puis recommandée, puis jamais livrée alors que j'ai pris l'option livraison et montage. J'ai dû récupérer ma marchandise chez le transporteur et en déballant mon carton, le produit n'était pas conforme, maintenant cela fait 2 semaines que j'essaie de me faire rembourser puisque je ne désire plus avoir affaire à eux...

On a fait un retour ,le transporteur a repris la marchandise et depuis aucun remboursement Aucun lien pour avoir une réponse seulement des réponses générées automatiquement Nous avons 400 euros dans la nature Nous allons tenter de se rendre dans un magasin pour avoir un interlocuteur à 150 km de chez nous Fuyez

Hice un pedido el dia 29/11 y hasta hoy 18/12 no me ha llegado. Tampoco tienen un numero de atención al cliente que funcione, tienes que rellenar un formulario en el sitio web que tampoco contestan. Fatal!

This garbage company is so…
This garbage company is so dysfunctional that the really good products that they sell suffer from contact with the support and whoever is in charge of deliveries. It’s been two months since I ordered a mirror and washbasin. After many emails that they usually did not respond to and calling support many times usually with no luck, mirror finally arrived after they changed the delivery company but the washbasin was not included in package. I’m still waiting trying to contact them about it. If you like design of their products I suggest just looking at the images as I am looking at the images of the washbasin I ordered 2 months ago. My order is PL16100185
