Esstisch Nahala und Pouf Neom getrennt bestellt alles zeitnah und einwandfrei angekommen. Preis ist nicht günstig aber Qualität stimmt. Kann mich null beschweren
#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Terrible customer service, only getting replies via an automated chatbot. Still have not received my order after 4 weeks, spent over 1300 euro with them.

Very nice webshop but a terrible delivery service with Agediss to Belgium! Because of the delays, lack of communication, and poor service when delivering to Belgium this was my last order with KAVE.

acquistati 3 sgabelli da cucina, dopo circa 2 anni si incrinano e poi si spaccano le sedute in polimero. richiesto di poter reperire le sole sudute , mi viene comunicato CHE NON ESITONO RICAMBI!!!! Pertanto saro' costretto a buttare tutto con conseguente onoreso esborso. Servizio post vendita inesistente, semplicemente scandaloso. Mai piu'. ovviamente ho tutte le mail delle segnalazioni.

Compré una mesa por black friday, la entrega fue rapidísima. La sorpresa fue que una vez montada la mesa vimos que tenia un rasguño en el sobre. Te dan la opción de cambio o devolución a través de tu cuenta, pero saben perfectamente que una vez tienes montado un mueble que pesa muchísimo cuesta mucho hacer esta devolución. No te dan ni la facilidad de hablar con ellos por teléfono, llamé 5 veces sin respuesta y nunca recibí una llamada de vuelta, también escribí un email y nunca tuve respuesta. Simplemente quería preguntar si solo podía empaquetar de nuevo el sobre de la mesa porque las patas pesaban muchísimo, pero no me dieron ni la opción de preguntar. Ahora me he quedado con una mesa defectuosa... una pena porque me encanta pero el servicio post venta es desastroso.

Me llega el pedido con la caja algo abollada y cuando lo abro veo que faltan piezas... en concreto pedi dos taburetes y no se si faltará algo mas pero los asientos y respaldos seguro,me pongo en contacto con ellos por telefono no cogen, por el parte de incidencias no contestan...

Italian customer, deliver was very slow and unfortunately I wanted to return the item and the pick up as of today, 1 month and half after, I have not been contacted for pickup. Most likely it will take more than 2 months. Despite the TERRIBLE agency used for delivery and pickup, the products are nice and good price/quality. I was positively surprised by the kindness and availability of the customer service (Carola) after I have encountered this terrible pick up experience.
