Esstisch Nahala und Pouf Neom getrennt bestellt alles zeitnah und einwandfrei angekommen. Preis ist nicht günstig aber Qualität stimmt. Kann mich null beschweren
#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.
Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

1 package is stuck during delivery since few weeks. Many mails sent, no answer nor help from Kave Home. 1 package arrived but with many stains on the lamp.

Składając zamowienie termin dostawy miał być do 28.11.2024. Po złożeniu zamówienia termin ten magicznie zmienił się do 3.12.2024. Po kilku tygodniach dostałam info, że dostawa będzie do 20.12.2024. Nadal nie otrzymałam zakupionego towaru. Zastanawiam się czy w ogóle kiedykolwiek dojdzie. Kontakt z BOK słaby, wolne zdawkowe odpowiedzi, zero konkretów, zero pomocy. Zdecydowanie odradzam zakupy, ja już żałuję.

Just shop elsewhere. Nothing goes right with them, and the drag their feet when time comes to help out with issues. They've essentially lost one of the items I ordered in transit and no one will get in touch about a resolution. They moved the delivery date for the second item by a full month, indicating that the item was likely in stock and they used it to fulfil another order I'm exhausted. Update: They've been much more responsive to queries lately and it would be unfair to keep my initial 1 star rating because they have the loveliest products, so I'm updating.
Quería aprovechar una targeta regalo que me hicieron y no he podido porque la targeta la habían comprado por internet i por lo tanto la compra con la que tengo que gastar-la tiene que ser por internet también. A mi me gusta ir a tienda, ver las cosas y si me gustan, comprarlas en el momento, sin tener que luego hacer la compra online y volver otro día. Pienso que no tiene ningun sentido que no puedas usar la targeta regalo en la tienda física una vez estás allí.
I ordered a table and also a bag to store the leafs in. The table was delivered damaged and I never received the bag. I write to customer services. They reply after a few days (bearing in mind you have 14 days to file any issues from receipt) to tell me to file a complaint despite my contacting them already. So I click on the link sent and it didn't take me to a page to file a complaint and none of the items on the list apply. So I then file a return for a damaged item. I also file a note to say the other item is not received. The one to say it wasn't received was replied to to show me how to track the item (they obviously didn't bother) and it says it's delivered so I must take more time to reply and say this when they didn't check! I don't want to return an entire table and just want the legs replaced or a discount but there is no option for this.
