#kaveHome, the worst misleading company. 1) they promote high rebates, good luck if you find them 2) Their announced delivery times are totally unreliable. 2 weeks suddenly turns into 10 to 11 weeks. Never KaveHome anymore for me.

Made a big purchase and got a tracking…

Made a big purchase and got a tracking link in spanish which does not include any tracking info. The expected delivery is already days away. When asking the client service they send me a link to follow my order, which leads to page error. The email is not polite and is not signed by anyone. No idea still when to expect big furniture which is kind of important yo know to be able to plan our days. Shop elsewhere!

Encomenda #PT19952200 - encomendei um abajour e recebi uma almofada de um sofá. Abri ocorrência, e até hoje (12 dias depois) aguardo que a mesma seja aprovada na minha área pessoal. Sem qualquer outra forma de contacto. Não tenho o produto, nem o dinheiro, apenas uma almofada de que não gosto.

I were a bit worried about buying from…

I were a bit worried about buying from Kave as some reviews were not positive and the cost is quite a lot but I have had nothing but a great experience. the product is great, the delivery was super with being able to pick a specific delivery day. I will definitely buy more from Kave in the future.

Express delivery, missing parts, no support.

So I paid for the express delivery, the product came a week later half of it - they don’t know where is the other half. When I contacted TNT they informed me that Kave says that you pay for the express delivery but they actually book the economy which is insane. Trying to contact Kave but seems like there is no customer support available. For a company that big, not having customer support is furious.

Dreadful Customer Service

I ordered and received LITTO shelf units in November 2024. There was one corner connector piece missing that prevented the assembly of the last unit to make the assembly. I requested issue of the missing piece and I am still waiting almost 4 months later - March 2025. The complaint has been noted as 'pending' for months I am astonished at such bad service from what appears to be a well designed website with attractive pieces of furniture. I have received two automatic surveys to ask how my service was, but no actual response to my request for service! This type of poor customer relations must seriously limit the development of this business,

A nightmare furniture experience

I ordered nearly all of my furniture from Kave Home and will never repeat that experience. We are now two months late moving in because of their delays. The dining table arrived damaged, and after an excessive wait, the cabinets came incomplete with missing pieces. To make matters worse, HALF of our furniture has been missing for over a month with no updates!!! Their customer service is non-existent; they ignore emails and fail to provide any assistance. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer service

TERRIBLE customer service! I sent a complaint by email 2 weeks ago and still no response. Customer service impossible to reach by phone. I ordered a rocking chair and I did not receive the correct item. It’s been 2 weeks and I still have a giant chair that was delivered in the wrong color sitting in my living room waiting for feedback to arrange a pick-up. Worst customer service! Result: I am giving birth in a few days and I will not have my rocking chair in time before my delivery
