Table damaged, bag not received. Terrible service in responding
I ordered a table and also a bag to store the leafs in. The table was delivered damaged and I never received the bag. I write to customer services. They reply after a few days (bearing in mind you have 14 days to file any issues from receipt) to tell me to file a complaint despite my contacting them already. So I click on the link sent and it didn't take me to a page to file a complaint and none of the items on the list apply. So I then file a return for a damaged item. I also file a note to say the other item is not received. The one to say it wasn't received was replied to to show me how to track the item (they obviously didn't bother) and it says it's delivered so I must take more time to reply and say this when they didn't check! I don't want to return an entire table and just want the legs replaced or a discount but there is no option for this.
