Awful After Sales Support!

Awful After Sales Support! I am still facing an issue with my order. We purchased this product: Beyla Massief Eiken Boekenkast. However, it arrived damaged on both sides. It has been over two weeks since I first reported this issue. While the customer service representatives were polite and tried to assist, I still have not received the replacement. I’ve been informed that they are waiting to combine our replacement pieces with another order to reduce logistics costs. This approach is completely unacceptable from a consumer perspective. We’ve now been waiting over a month for this order, and the last two weeks have simply been wasted waiting for new parts to be sent. It seems that minimizing their costs takes precedence over customer satisfaction. I hope another order from the Netherlands comes soon so they can finally prioritize sending us our missing pieces. Please think twice before ordering from this company. Best regards,
