This company is a fraud and absolutely abysmal. They will sell you a product then when it breaks claim it’s wear and tear when in fact it’s just cheap materials . I wouldn’t touch the with barge pole . Keep well clear Purchased cuticle scissors they last 3 months and the company would not replace them. They Claimed the scissors were faulty due to wear and tear. That was rubbish. Total unsuitable and not fit for purpose. Could have just replaced them or give a refund . Simples

The KB tools are great quality and lovely to use. The masterclasses are thorough and informative and the team are all lovely with great communication!

The curved cuticle nippers lasted me 4 weeks before they broke. I contacted customer service and was told I was not due a refund as their policy states and that they had broke due to me using them improperly. I found their reply frankly, condescending. I have been a nail tech for years and didn’t realise cuticle nippers were complicated to use. They are far to flimsy for a full time nail tech to use and after reading the reviews on trust pilot (and yes, I wish I had done that earlier) I found that this has been an issue before. There are other nippers out there, I would give these a wide birth. They are definitely not worth the money.

Terrible customer service. As a first time customer I was very disappointed with their lack of support or understanding and willingness to come to a mutual agreement on a mistake purchase . I would never shop with them when there are so many better nail company's with excellent customer service.

I’ve just ordered a new efile from a different company after numerous faults with my own, the silver dial fell off within a month of purchasing, this didn’t effect the actual use of the efile so I let that one slide, then the wires kept breaking, I have had two sent out as a replacement within the first year and have since purchased another two myself as it continues to cut out power. I’ve also purchased a total of 3 curved cuticle scissors to which all three have snapped. After emailing the company I was told this was down to my own pressure using them. I have since learnt from other nail techs that both the efile and the scissors is an ongoing issue with this brand. I have purchased the magpie cuticle scissors and have been using them without any issues whatsoever. Really disappointing when the company patronise nail techs about their incorrect use of the item yet reviews from others state the same ongoing issues. A real shame for me as the drill bits and kink sanding bands I enjoy using but won’t be purchasing any more equipment or tools sadly.

The Katie Barnes gloves are the best I’ve ever had & I won’t use any others. Being able to have them on a subscription is so helpful too because as a busy nail tech it’s one thing I don’t have to think about. Customer service is also fab, they are always happy to help
