As a busy nail tech, protecting myself is so important & the Katie Barnes gloves are the best! I have them on subscription so they just come out to me automatically, one less thing to think about. I won’t go anywhere else for my gloves as there really is no comparison, anything else just feels thin & flimsy and doesn’t give the same level of protection as Katie’s gloves. On top of that, the customer service is fab, with Katie herself dealing with any queries you may have. Great products AND great service.

I love Katie Barnes tools. I bought the e-file with a full kit of bits. The efile is great and I’m very pleased w my choice. The customer service is amazing and it’s very supportive they always sort things out for me. The pedi kit is fantastic I can’t live without, the results are amazing and the cuticle scissors are my new fave tool. Love this brand

Before purchasing these gloves I developed contact dermatitis on my hands. I thought I was going to have to give up nails. I gave these gloves a try and they are amazing, my hands haven’t broken out since using them. I would definitely recommend these gloves. Xx

KB are always releasing the most innovative and well thought out products, consistently high quality and great customer service as standard. It’s always a pleasure shopping with them. The website is so much more than just a shop as well, there is an abundance of knowledgeable articles that should be referred to regularly.

Great tools especially the e-file is a must have. E-file bits are top level quality, you can really see the difference between them and any cheap ones you can buy on other sites. Great price for the quality you get. Customer service is next to none.

I am very upset. I bought the drill bundle for over 400£ (on offer so should have been more) I emailed after very few uses that the drill was cutting power with no pressure. They sent me FOUR new wires so this is obviously a normal issue! I never write reviews but after lots of email attempts (the company have stopped replying to me) I am at a loss. I have an expensive drill sitting on my desk that I cannot use! I will be taking this further as I have had zero correspondence from these people since 4/9/24. Do not recommend buying this drill.

Honestly this company has the most incredible staff and owners. The customer service they provide is amazing. I’ve been using some of there tools and Efile pieces for a while now and they’re honestly the best I’ve used. Excellent quality and great value for money.

I wouldn't use any other tools in my Salon. KB tools are the BEST . I honestly can't believe some of the horrible reviews on here . And please don't let these sway you, as they're not a true reflection at all. I chose to solely use KB tools after purchasing the curved cuticle scissors, and once I used them , there was no going back . They are Incredidle!!! I then purchased the Efile ... just WOW .... bits , tools etc . These products are a total game changer for me , my Business and my clients . You just know that every single product KB makes , its made with such an amazing amount of knowledge and care . This is someone that really does know her profession and what we as Nail Techs need . The customer service , communication, level of care, expertise etc is second to none. I've never had a single solitary problem with products , delivery, customer support , or anything alike. I qualified in efile in 2021 and was using a brand and bits from a brand who I had positive reviews about. I was using them for around 2 years and although it was easier than hand filing I was still suffering from sore and painful wrists and my bits were struggling. I found the Katie Barnes Tool Range around 6 months ago and it may sound dramatic but it's honestly changed my work life. There is little to no vibration on the hand piece. My wrists are no long painful and I'm not having to fight the bits to remove and refine. The efile bits available are incredible. So much choice and something to suite every nail need. I hated doing pedi's but now I am back doing them because the tools give such great results. When I bought the efile I got the efile qualification course included, even though I'd already gained my certificate I decided to sit and do the course as a refresher and it's surprising how much I'd forgotten and learned again by doing the course. I've also now added other courses to refresh myself in acrylic, builder gel etc My clients also rave about the tool range because the difference in my nails I produce now are on such a higher level. I'm happier because I'm not left in so much pain and my clients are happy because I'm producing better results and they can see the difference. Changing over to Katie's company has been the best thing I've ever done and now wouldn't use anything else.

FANTASTIC!!! I have been using kb efile bits for a year or so, as time goes on and Katie brings out more there is only a few things left I need to get!! My nail game has levelled up so much… products are very well designed not just to get through product but to help the user, i suffer with the usual tech pains and since I have been using kb my pain levels have significantly decreased. Customer service is next to non it would be hard for another company to match it, I haven’t had many issues but the ones I have it’s been resolved instantly, the staff are friendly and understanding, Katie and her team strive for perfection… ( the products show this ) I highly recommend kb tool range, the products speak for themselves. I use kb tools throughout my whole set, products need replacing ie drill bits after a good few months but that’s like anything, There price is fair I think as a lot goes into the equipment and what’s best you receive credited corses or master classes on how to properly use your tools! I’m very proud to be a customer and will continue to be, it’s sad to see negative reviews and hard to believe that’s the correct service they received, I have seen so many good reviews on there customer service and how they have handled broken files on TikTok lives and other platforms, can’t please everyone I suppose.. but don’t let that put you off on tool range should have 10’ stars as it’s a fantastic family run company ❤️

I am in shock at some of these reviews! I don't have a bad word to say about katiebarnestoolrange from the service, the staff, the teaching and the products are all brilliant. Never had a problem with my purchases and if I have ever wanted advice or help using a product they have always be fast with reply and accommodating that. I think the brand as a whole are amazing and I would definitely recommend to any nail tech.
