I've had a great experience with Katie Barnes Tools & Education. Katie herself is an absolute fountain of knowledge, and I really appreciate how she makes it accessible through the detailed, well-structured courses (of which I have purchased many). It's clear she genuinely cares about supporting nail professionals at every level. The tools are excellent quality, they've genuinely helped me refine my services. Consistently good customer service, Katie and her team really do keep the professional community in mind, and it shows. Highly recommend!

Just got the mini mandrel and sanding bands x2 also 5 in 1 straight cut and cross cut. Loving all my purchases make work so much easier and faster. Will definitely be buying more. Excellent quality and fast delivery 🚚 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I now have the Efile, most of the bits and various other accessories, as well as purchasing a few of the Masterclasses. I've never regretted a single purchase. This is a small team of wonderful individuals who really care to help the nail tech community. The tools are top notch, you can trust in the quality and performance of them. The efile is the best out there, the efile bits are second to none, the education is everything I didn't get in my expensive qualification. Katie Barnes and team have brought joy and fun and encouragement to me as a new nail tech and it shows in my work. I will always be grateful to them and the tools Katie has designed.

I find KB Tools, including their eFiles, to be excellent resources. The staff has always been kind and readily helpful. I've also taken many of their masterclasses to stay current with the latest training techniques. Continuing education is so important. I highly recommend trying their products; they're truly transformative.

I purchased KB curved cuticle scissors, (this is one of my purchases as a nail tech that I CANNOT live without) back in October, unfortunately they fell apart. When contacting customer service, I spoke to a very helpful lady (Pip). She responded quick and was very helpful, this was also a Friday evening. They kindly sent me a new pair. I highly recommend this company, 10/10 customer service!

Love all my KB tools and gadgets. The curved Cuticle Scissors are a game changer, only need such light pressure not like bulky nippers. I have switch all my manual and e-file bits to KB with countless purchases now. They are a fabulous support network and great interaction with them and the group 🖤

I am a newbie to this company and they are in my top 20 best company for tools and education. If you dont know about Tenner Tuesday you are missing out bigtime and i mean bigtime dont take my word for it check for yourself. Customer service is great Love this company thanks KB ❤️

Can I just say, I've only been ordering from yourselves last 4 or 5 months, but I so happy with the products I have received so far and the packaging n boxes that they are delivered in are just the icing on the cake as I make them in to storage etc ..... and the customer service I have received is fab too.

ordered from katie barnes a few times and ive never had any issues, the bits are amazing i currently use the 5in1 &5in1 mini and they make debulking a dream, i use the erin bit and now the cuticle pusher which has made cuticle prep so easy and look flawless ! there customer service is elite i recently had a extra item added to my order and when i tried to return they kindly allowed me to keep. every video is so informative and if you ever have questions they answer you so quickly on their social media platforms

2 orders went missing in the post. 10 days later they have still not arrived and tracking shows the post office have not scanned the items in. Customer service kept fobbing me off and telling me to wait. Still no items and they have a lot of my money. I now have to do a chargeback through my bank to get my money back. I will never shop here again and will use other far more reputable companies for drill bits EDIT:- Company sent items out AFTER I had processed a chargeback with my bank. I returned the paackage unopened with tracking. The company also confirmed they had received the package back. They then asked me to cancel the chargeback and they would refund me. As they already had their goods back and I had my refund, my bank advised me not to cancel chargeback. Katies Barnes company have now tried to dispute the chargeback in an attempt to keep both the goods AND my money. Thankfully I have enough evidence to prove what has happened. BUYER BEWARE RESPONSE TO REPLY: as per your reply, the royal mail did NOT find and send on the items. Your company re-shipped them AFTER I had made the charge back. The items were returned to you and you confirmed receipt, and yet you are still disputing the chargeback in an attempt to keep both my money and the items you have already received back. Quite different to what you are claiming in you reply. I will not be buying anything further from you at any time, as there are rival companies that provide far higher levels of customer service. So I will shop with those instead
