Awful customer service and rip off comapny
2 orders went missing in the post. 10 days later they have still not arrived and tracking shows the post office have not scanned the items in. Customer service kept fobbing me off and telling me to wait. Still no items and they have a lot of my money. I now have to do a chargeback through my bank to get my money back. I will never shop here again and will use other far more reputable companies for drill bits EDIT:- Company sent items out AFTER I had processed a chargeback with my bank. I returned the paackage unopened with tracking. The company also confirmed they had received the package back. They then asked me to cancel the chargeback and they would refund me. As they already had their goods back and I had my refund, my bank advised me not to cancel chargeback. Katies Barnes company have now tried to dispute the chargeback in an attempt to keep both the goods AND my money. Thankfully I have enough evidence to prove what has happened. BUYER BEWARE RESPONSE TO REPLY: as per your reply, the royal mail did NOT find and send on the items. Your company re-shipped them AFTER I had made the charge back. The items were returned to you and you confirmed receipt, and yet you are still disputing the chargeback in an attempt to keep both my money and the items you have already received back. Quite different to what you are claiming in you reply. I will not be buying anything further from you at any time, as there are rival companies that provide far higher levels of customer service. So I will shop with those instead
