Kars4Kids Car Donation Reviews

It was convenient, timely & for a great organization.

The towing company was on time, informative and speedy. They provide confirmation of pick up

Hassle free, quick and easy

Very smooth process- quick turnaround from filling out the donation form to pick up by the tow company. Kars4Kids made it as easy as possible to get rid of my car, with a fair tax receipt. And it feels great knowing it will help someone out in some way!

It was great from beginning to end.

Easy to make donation and arrange pickup of car.

Response time was right on time. Questions were answered efficiently. I appreciated the great customer service as I had a lot going on at the time and didn't have time to mess around with poor customer service. Will absolutely recommend K4K as a donation company.

The entire process was extremely easy from initial donation to pick up. The driver who came to pick up the car (Kitt from Genesis Materials/Towing) could not have been more professional and friendly. If you have a car to donate I strongly recommend using Kars4Kids..its a win win for all involved.

The gentleman who picked up my car kept me informed was on time and a very nice guy. Couldn’t ask for better

Minor problem in arranging a pick up date as vehicle was located at a different location approximately 1/2 hour from donor's home.

Quick, easy, fast responses from start to finis. Erin (pick up guy) was very nice, friendly and professional. Made the whole experience nice and relaxing. ( I was nervous for some reason.) Everyone involved made this (dreaded) experience an actual joy. THE PEOPLE SCHEDULING THE PICK UP EVEN KNEW HOW TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE. NEEDED FERRY RIDE AND HAD THE SCHEDULE IN HAND WHEN TALKING TO ME!!!

It was a very easy process, and the pick up went smoothly.

Very easy transition and Ray was experienced and a great person

The process was simple, easy and fast. Came and picked the car up quickly, called to give me the time frame Love knowing that it goes to a good cause!

We were very happy with the whole experience of donating our car to Kars4kids.

The driver was great and very kind and I'm very satisfied with the process.

They made the pick-up easy and hassle-free. When I could not locate the title Kar4Kids walked me through the process and gave me all the documents I needed to transfer the title to them. The people on the phone were friendly and cordial and they made the process easy.
