Quick,easy, fast responses from start to finis. Erin (pick up guy) was very nice, friendly and professional. Made the whole experience nice and relaxing. ( I was nervous for some reason.) Everyone involved made this (dreaded) experience an actual joy. THE PEOPLE SCHEDULING THE PICK UP EVEN KNEW HOW TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE. NEEDED FERRY RIDE AND HAD THE SCHEDULE IN HAND WHEN TALKING TO ME!!!
