Very pleased with the experience I had when purchasing travel insurance

Quick answer on the phone without any press this that and the other. Operator understood what my question was about. I then proceeded to apply for our travel insurance on line without any hassle.

Website easy to use and the process was very straight forward

filled in the details on line, then rang to confirm that I wanted to go ahead with quote, no problem person on phone very helpful

Bought a single trip policy using Just Travel Cover for the 2nd time. Very easy site to navigate, medical declarations very straightforward and the prices are the best I can find anywhere. My Travel Cover company of choice by far.

Repeat customer because personal experience has to date provided comprehensive competitively priced insurance cover. Staff always helpful. Just Travel my first go to point of contact.

Seemed helpful and reasonably priced. Unfortunately had to make a claim when we returned from holiday. Took two calls to be sent the correct forms. Completed and returned within 1 day and received an email confirming receipt and stating it would be processed within 5 working days. Following numerous emails phone calls and errors the claim was finally settled after 2 months. It then took them a further 6 weeks to deal with the resulting complaint. Avoid!

Was so grateful Just Travel would insure me during my trip to Canada. Having an ongoing medical condition I could not find any company who would insure me for 3 weeks. Just Travel gave me an insurance based on my need. Thank you.

Very good quick service.very straightforward

Used this travel insurance company this year (for.the first time) and got a good price. Came back again for a quote/price. Price was better ovwr phone than online price quoted (perhaps as I'd filled in one part incorrectly?). Would recommend, as the girl was so helpful, plus a local company!

Holding on phone for ages & when eventually answered the advisor cannot deal with the enquiring & arranges a callback, people lead busy lives & cannot wait for a call all day. This is not just a once off, this happened numerous times last year when I had to make a claim. This has happened time & time again, the advisors are helpful when you get to speak to them.

Very good service with competitive prices

Booked online and was quite simple but it does get a bit confusing at the end of the process when you are not sure if payment etc has gone through. I does state not to enter more than once but this is easy to overlook which I did. I was therefore unsure if I have sent more than one payment. This resulted in me making several phone calls to establish the outcome. Other than that customer service is good. I will however be looking at alternative providers in future as prices have seemed to have rocketed and I have used this company for many years. I think this proves a point that loyalty does not seem to count with any insurance service providers.
