Thankfully, JS Law removed all our anxieties and fears about buying our first home in the UK, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Our solicitor Mr. Viraj Patel was exceptional, prompt and meticulous in all the aspects, answering all our doubts and clearing all our queries swiftly . The highlight is that he picked up my call every single time(which was never the case with the other firm). My partner and I where given this company to deal with the sale of my house and purchase of are next house last December when we sold my house it has been a complete nightmare since that day The first conveyancer we where given to handle are case absolute nightmare would never answer emails or messages left on answer phone the rare occasions we did manage to get hold of her was the most disinterested person was then told off sick so case passed to someone else Second conveyancer we have now sent us a hard copy to fill in on what way the purchase of new home to be funded contents be left etc duly filled in and sent back where then told one part wrong format was sent to us filled in new form sent back this is happening every step of the way done the online ID check all passed then kept getting text to do ID although it had been passed and if not done would cancel the process after several emails and phone calls was sorted out and finally got a completion date agreed and pencilled in now saying if not completed it’s not her fault and cannot be held responsible also refusing to pay removal people out of money from sale even though it’s my money 🤷🏻‍♂️ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY I’m reluctant in giving them 1 star

I would recommend JS Law to anyone who is buying a house. We dealt with Alistair Powell who was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions (which being first time buyers was a lot!) We had to get our purchase through quickly and Alistair knew this and did whatever he could to make sure it was done on time. Would definitely use again in the future for moving house.

Efficient service and extremely helpful especially if your not sure about the processes involved. The eway was a godsend to keep up to date with what's happening and what needs to be done. Alistair Powell who was dealing with my case was especially helpful as it's refreshing that he helped me through the whole process I cannot thank him enough

Zoe was fantastic from the start always responding to any problems along the way and reassuring during difficulties without making unrealistic promises which we found really important and helpful. A highly recommended company in particular Zoe.

As a mortgage adviser, I've dealt with many solicitors/conveyancers over the past 12 years and it's a real mixed bag! I feel they often have the finger pointed at them when something goes wrong, even if it's something out of their control, because they're the easiest party to blame. I have to say however, having dealt with many clients who have used JS Law, the experience has always been positive. Chloe Bromley in particular, is an excellent conveyancer. She responds to calls and emails in a timely fashion, and always provides updates to give the buyers peace of mind that she's on top of the case. She's also very personable and lovely to speak to! A special mention also goes to Tracy Desdune and Dharmy Chana, who both work alongside Chloe and have helped push cases to exchange when it looked like it may not happen! Don't focus too much on bad reviews as majority of bad reviews online (in all industries) are from disgruntled people finding someone to blame. As an industry professional, I can confidently say that I would use (and HAVE used multiple times) JS Law for my conveyancing on my next property sale/purchase. Thanks again!

Absolutely terrible. Was assured in November that we would complete in December, but still waiting now at the end of February… I’ve already lost £4000 paying the mortgage and bills for an empty property. Shocking service, emails have been ignored and weeks go by with no update.

A big thank you to Kylie as she has been so professional in handling the matters through out the process. This was really a stress-free so thank you once again for your professionalism.

Grace overton was brilliant! Very quick and efficient. We opened our file end of January and exchanged and completed end of Feb! She kept me updated with everything that was happening, I'm very impatient and had aniexty as this firm wasn't a local one but if I was to ever move again I would definitely use again!

Terrible communication between myself and JSLaw. Even my buyers solicitor gets totally ignored, started the sales process in August 2024, still waiting!!! Loni Timson is the conveyor.
