Ruby has been absolutely fantastic throughout our house sale. Always replied quickly and was on top of everything through out. We have used several conveyancers in the past and this has been by far the easiest, most organised one. The online portal is kept up to date and all correspondence recorded. Sri-Devi was brilliant. Whenever we called her she sorted the problem and got straight back.

We dealt with Amy Stupar, with the sale of a p[roperty on Morris Road, Lewes. All went very smoothly.

Abysmal experience, at a very stressful time in my family's lives, they have done their best to make what is a very straightforward chain of two properties practically unbearable. The conveyancer - hardly ever answers the phone, - hardly ever answers an email, - can't give a straight answer to basic questions as "When were the searches instructed?" - mislead you into thinking these searches take up to 6 weeks, only to find out from the council that they will answer in 10 working days or less. This isn't the majority of the clients, however, consider this, 13% of the clients have rated the experience below 5 stars, and 6% have rated it 1 star, that is telling. Resorted to this as a means of venting my frustration, and in the hope that someone will finally take note of my concerns. Avoid at all costs.

Viraj Patel was very helpful. He was somebody that was always willing to help and was driven to get things done. He was generous with his availability for calls and made the transaction process for my mother and I very smooth. Very lucky to have him as my Conveyancer.
