I love how inclusive they are they have tons of benefits to take advantage of such as counseling and support groups. One of the things I dislike is they bounce me around from pharmacy to pharmacy and their website could use some work but overall they do well

The admin side of this service is unorganized. I was marked a no show on my initial visit, because they made the mistake of not acknowledging my time zone that was clearly stated in my Appt details. This ended up in me getting rescheduled for another date. The medication hasn’t helped me drop any weight surprisingly, and I’m nearly done with the second month, so I’ll be canceling the 3 month subscription I signed up for. I eat well and workout, so unsure why I’m not losing weight. Navigating the portal is easy, but to each their own. This was my own experience, not trying to talk down on Fridays.

I switched from another provider due to the high cost and not having access to what I was currently taking. The onboarding process was fast and efficient, now waiting on meds to arrive. The website is informative and easy to navigate. I am happy with Friday's support and information options.

I really like that they let me handle my care at my own pace. Not pushy or demanding but just right. I have a demanding job and it’s hard to set time aside to take care of myself. Fridays makes it a lot easier for me.

Easy to sign up. Easy to talk to a doctor. Cost is better than most.

I have been using Fridays for a couple months now. Onboarding was easy, just a couple phone calls and a few forms and my medications were on their way. Each month I submit a form and they send the next medication really quickly. They have people available to talk to if you want and they are really responsive.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of Fridays. The whole process of signing up and meeting with the doctor, to receiving my GLP-1 has been easy and smooth. I highly recommend Fridays for your weight loss journey.

I Love everything about this company, my only issue is delivery of meds, in the summer months temperatures are very high and taking 2 days to get to me , my meds are delivered warm, a suggestion would be for them to use dry ice so that we can get it cold or at least cool. So issue is w pharmacy not Fridays!!!!
