I have been with Fridays since May 2025. I am pleased with the customer service and the doctor consultations. I had a great session with the Nutritionist Chelsea. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the need more compound pharmacy options for Michigan!
Communication is important for me. The Fridays team is patient and understanding. They break everything down. But the response is quick. And I appreciate that.

Pricing is good. Nurse practitioners are good. Only problem I have had so far (started in June 2025) was my first refill wasn’t sent/filled timely. I had to contact customer service to send it to me because it had been a week and a half and no ship date. Customer service was very timely with helping me and expedited my refill once I explained the issue. My 2nd refill is on the way and I had no issues with that. It was easy to request online. Overall a very good service. Would otherwise be 5 stars to me.

So far on my first month, i have no complains with fridays! Small delay to be able to talk to provider to get prescription. Once prescription is completed keep in mind another week to receive medication. Communication has been excellent. Really recommend
This has changed my life! No, seriously! I started the shots on April 30. Now, almost 3 months later I am down over 30 lbs. WooHoo! I am a 53 yr old woman! It is so hard to lose weight at my age and with hormone issues! I am so pleasantly surprised it’s worked so well. The customer service is amazing and they get right on it to make sure you’re happy and have what you need. On top of that, all the programs and services they offer for free! There is no excuse to have some significant weight loss if you use all or some of the tools they offer. It’s an amazing community and you never feel alone. All for one amazing price per month. I very highly recommend this community and company for your weight loss journey!

They have very good service. They explain you everything since you first star with the medication, I have almont a month with them and I feel great. Recommend.
