Purchased a car from John Grose, Ipswich at the end of June 2023. I’d seen the car on their website a week or so before and as it was just the specification I’d been looking for, I gave them a call. A salesperson called Luca answered almost immediately. Luca has been absolutely brilliant, easy to contact and quick to reply. It’s still early days with the car but right now, if I was looking for another car tomorrow, I’d definitely start with a look at the vehicles on the John Grose website.
The customer care was first class and Gary was so helpful. I wouldn't purchase my car from any other group than John Grose.
