A smooth process without any issues, the dealership were fine, our sales executive Al Farrington was professional keeping us informed on the order, or handing it over to a colleague while he was off. It is very early days with the car, there was a slight bit of damage when delivered but this should be rectified. The only slightly disappointing aspect was the delivery process I was informed the car was to be transported to the dealership, on handover it had 51 miles on the clock indicating it was driven from the Ipswich showroom which I wasn't aware of, only a small point but to me quite important.

Having heard good things about John Grose of Woodbridge I thought I would use them for my recent purchase of a Ford fiesta titanium x and I’m glad to say I wasn’t disappointed. I started my enquiry four thousand miles away in Canada whilst on holiday via email with Jack Keeling from the Woodbridge team . Jack was prompt and informative with his reply’s and a week after our return we were picking up our new car . I would highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a Ford and want a great deal with fantastic service drive the extra mile and visit Jack and the team at Woodbridge Ford .
