These are a complete joke, over priced old brands and further more you have to pay for delivery and pay for returns, ill be shopping elswhere thanks. THIS WILL BE MADE WORSE DEPENDING ON HOW LOND THEY MAKE ME WAIT FOR MY REFUND
Very poor JD status starts off well. However they make it extremely difficult to get points if you ever change your mobile number. Loses of you tons of points the fact is it's cheaper to shop elsewhere for the same items.
Schoenen besteld voor mijn zoontje. Zijn nooit aangekomen. Opeens stond er bij dpd dat ze bij een afhaalpunten zouden liggen maar er stond niet bij welke. Contact gehad met dbp en JD sports zelf. Van dbp netjes reactie maar van JD sports niet. Opeens kreeg ik een mail dat de schoenen zijn bezorgd. Ik was gewoon thuis en heb geen Schoenen gezien. Opnieuw gemaild naar jd sports en nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen. Ook is de betaling niet geannuleerd. Ik bestel hier nooit meer.
Most pathetic company ever, never order from here, ordered a pair of trainers last November which never arrived and I tried contacting them numerous times too which I never even received 1 response. Now I’ve ordered a pair of football boots which haven’t come and been sent back too JD because “my address doesn’t exist”. Company is pathetic and I guarantee they won’t answer if I try contacting them about these football boots so I’ll probs have too pay for them aswell without ever receiving them.

Shocking customer service I bought a pair of trainers at the Peckham store which I really liked. When I got them home I realised that one trainer had a scuff mark on it so I promptly took them back to the store the next morning. I was speaking with the lady who was the Manager who told me that they were the last pair in stock but I could exchange them for a different colour. Of course if I wanted a different colour I would have bought them. This is where the problem really started. I was told I could not get a refund as I paid in cash and they did not have cash in store. Apparently the system was down so they could not look online but then she told me that they also run out of stock online. If I wanted I could travel to another branch miles away from me and pick up a pair from them. I asked if they could be delivered to me for the inconvenience and she said no, they could only do that on online orders. I then asked due to the damage I would consider keeping them for a discount which she declined saying she would get in trouble. When I questioned her about being the Manager she confirmed this and still would not give me any discount. She went further saying that she could not prove that they left the store in that condition. I argued that they had clearly had not been worn and as a working professional I would have preferred not to be in the position I am in. How dare she accuse me of damaging them and then bring them back!!! I do not need the money. I wanted a different pair or a discount as when buying a new pair of trainers you expect them in a perfect condition. I said to the Manager that you clearly could see that the trainer were scuffed and she had the cheek to say to me that it was the stitching, I have never been so gaslighted in my life. I tried to go on Live chat but this proved next to impossible due to live chat being in EST. I then called the customer service number and there is not a digit you can press to make a complaint so I pressed 4 until I got to speak to Jamshid. I was on the phone for 28 minutes and then conveniently got cut off. I have never experienced such shocking customer service to the point that I feel that i had no choice but to write this review. This could have easily been managed, Jd Sports, get your act together and stop taking your customers for granted.
Not the best first time experience whilst purchasing online. Bought a pair of size 6 sambas and they took my money. After a few days when it was meant to be delivered they said oops we don't have the shoes in size 6 in stock. Poor customer experience from a big brand like them, they need to sort out their supply chain management integrate it properly with Omni channel. First time experience purchasing from them has left a bitter taste. Other brands like Office offer much better experience.

Had a fantastic experience at JD Sports Fosse Park! Found the perfect pair of shoes and also grabbed some great clothing from top brands. The store was clean, well-stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Smooth service and great selection—definitely recommend!
Ordered an item, a jacket and the delivery I got was a T-shirt so incorrect item, I thought mistakes happen so returned it (at a cost when it wasn’t even my fault) and re-ordered the item, which arrived today, opened the item and again it’s the incorrect item!! The same incorrect T-shirt I got in the first order!!! Rubbish!!!!
