Don’t let them sell you Concord cameras, terrible product with NO support system , badly designed app. Jaycar need to stop selling these cameras which are pretty much a scam.

Looked at website of jaycar on goggle clicks straight in to the product of looking for nothing states the one day sale now On refused the discount price when I went in today how are you supposed to know when you go through Google access and not the main page of Jaycar regional manager was totally uncooperative
Absolutely horrendous behaviour from craig at your new plymouth store you sold me1 machine a 2d printer iv had to take back 5 times in 6 months to replace i get accused of damaging it myself and he trys to up sell me a product i dont even want dont by 3d printer from jaycar bu ch of theiving sleezy salesmen selling products that only last a few months then acuuses the customer even though im good for another 6 months under warranty
Worst ever experience.Erina nsw store . Needed some help with a fridge I purchased 3 days earlier in qland..a worker not the boss vince was boss he didn’t stop this maniac .from verbally abusing me. I am going to lodge a formal complaint when i stop shaking..im 60 years old ..i ended up getting my money back.he wouldn’t stop screaming at me. I will never ever dear with jaycar again. And I suggest you don’t either.. I went to 4wd supercheap. I got a fridge treated with respect and understanding..
Purchased item online via click and collect. Picked up in store ( Browns Plains QLD) box was open but didn't think anything of it.On opening next day found fan blades dirty with dust and fluff and 2 rubber bands inside fan frame piece you take out from battery removed already obviously been used probably behind counter my guess(It was not a display item) Emailed them as no phone reception due to storms in SE QLD received no response, emailed head office no response. Taking it back tomorrow they either give me one sealed in box or refund im not paying full price for a dirty second hand items Customer service is NON EXISTENT check boxes before you leave!!
Updated, see at the end of the review: I ordered online , on a Wednesday, some recheargeable batteries, and paid the 'Express Post' next day delivery (which was 25% of the batteries value!). Be aware, they use Australia Post , which is the worst courier I know of. But JayCar only notified Australia Post to pick up two days after my order was raised (despite my order being, as per their webpage 'Delivered Tomorrow -Super fast delivery'). AP acknowledged the parcel on a Friday early morning, but said only picked the parcel up on the following Monday. Since Monday - nothing is progressing , and it is now Thursday. I notified both AP and JayCar, however, both think this is normal, so not even attempting to miming help. On the Jaycar website, my order still appears as 'Processing'. Meantime, I have no idea where the parcel is, or when it will arrive (if ever). I know, no amount of bad reviews will change anything for the customers of either of these 'businesses'. But for sure , I will never again order from this mob, lesson learnt. Update: I received my batteries 10 days later. It apears that these were sent via a different courier, not Australia Post! It still apears as being Processed in AustraIia Post systems. I however changed / increased my rating, as I am a fair and honest person. JayCar online shop system is obviously unreliable, as my order still appears as 'Processing', and the tracking number is still for Australia Post...
Went to the Woollongabba branch today. The gentleman there helped me with a purchase. I'm older so l appreciate going to shops, l also do buy off the online giants. We still need shops. So please go easy on them with your reviews, and other places. We can't let Amazon etc... be our only retailer's.
Went to the Franklin St Melbourne store yesterday to seek a micro SD card for a security camera I bought there not too long ago. The customer service was excellent as always with the assistant even taking the time to verify how to install the card for me.
Every time I go to the Taren point store the staff always manage to make feel like I’m stupid . I get sarcastic answers to questions eye rolls , the manager is rude and I feel very unwelcome in this shop . Very poor customer service unfortunately
Just purchased a phone battery from the North lakes branch .. VERY RUDE female sales assistant ( with bleached blue hair ) No customer skills , no empathy , not even a smile on her face and NOT even a please or thank you .. awful awful service !!!

Bought a $71.50 BT IP67 Smart watch at Jaycar Silverdale yesterday. Pedometer on watch app did not work - tried 2 watches. Terrible customer service by Sam this morning - poor communication ability. All over poor experience.
We were served by Latakshi at Botnay store. She was very knowledgeable and give us quite a few options for a portable battery device .Great service..
The salesman forced me to buy a box of spares, I wanted only one. Intimidating experience. I clearly stated that I wanted one spare. The salesman never told me that I have to buy the whole box. I cannot comment on Jaycar's delivery service but every time i go into their shops I have always been treated with respect by their knowledgeable staff. It is a wonderful experience shopping there a little like Tandy and Dick Smith in the older days. I love just wandering around the store just looking at what they have for sale its a fascinating experience. A wonderful electronic store with many items for sale and on the shelf. A pleasure to shop there.
On Wednesday 7th December 2022 I ordered a USB 3.2 Type-C Extension Cable 1m for $19.95 so I can extend the length of the USB Hub since the length of the cable on the USB Hub is too short. On Tuesday 13th December 2022 I rang up the Online Store since I was unable to collect it from the Ringwood Store and they organised a full refund for me.
I bought an Air Duster from Jaycar online recently, since it's quite a bit out of my way to go to a Jaycar store to buy one in person. $15 for the air duster and about $10 for standard shipping which is pretty fair. When the air duster arrived about a week later, it arrived loose in a box considerably larger with the air duster and no packaging/padding whatsoever. At some point during shipping, the cap of the air duster had come off, leaving the spray nozzle exposed. And of course, the nozzle snapped off. This left it entirely broken and unusable, entirely because of the lack of packaging. I contacted Jaycar support over this, expecting that I would be able to get a refund or replacement. What I was told instead is that if I wanted anything to be done about this, I would have to take the broken air duster and the box it came into a Jarcar store in-person, without even a promise of a refund. The entire reason I ordered it online was to avoid having to make a trip to my closest Jaycar specifically, and now after the improper packaging, I'm being told I have to make that trip anyway, with the box and broken duster just to get a replacement or potential refund. I received a feedback survey email about a week ago asking me about how satisfied I was with their performance, in which I reported my case wasn't solved yet, and I am yet to receive an email from them.
After shopping on a couple of fairly famous sites and ordering,tools or parts and receiving some which was rubbish,its good to receive my 2 orders with Quality parts and tools at a fair price from Jaycar,quick checkout,good delivery times as i live in regional area on north coast inland,and delivery to my door,whereas with the other 2 its a trip to local shop/Post Office agency Thanks Jaycar Tez
