Product was delivered broken due to lack of packaging
I bought an Air Duster from Jaycar online recently, since it's quite a bit out of my way to go to a Jaycar store to buy one in person. $15 for the air duster and about $10 for standard shipping which is pretty fair. When the air duster arrived about a week later, it arrived loose in a box considerably larger with the air duster and no packaging/padding whatsoever. At some point during shipping, the cap of the air duster had come off, leaving the spray nozzle exposed. And of course, the nozzle snapped off. This left it entirely broken and unusable, entirely because of the lack of packaging. I contacted Jaycar support over this, expecting that I would be able to get a refund or replacement. What I was told instead is that if I wanted anything to be done about this, I would have to take the broken air duster and the box it came into a Jarcar store in-person, without even a promise of a refund. The entire reason I ordered it online was to avoid having to make a trip to my closest Jaycar specifically, and now after the improper packaging, I'm being told I have to make that trip anyway, with the box and broken duster just to get a replacement or potential refund. I received a feedback survey email about a week ago asking me about how satisfied I was with their performance, in which I reported my case wasn't solved yet, and I am yet to receive an email from them.
