We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.
Jacksons have been great to work with - Enrico in particular is very dilligent and always there to support both me and my tennants. Living abroad makes this especially valuable as I know I have someone I can trust looking after my flat for me
Since working with Ledj, I have found her to be incredibly supportive. Her communications are speedy and personal, and she seems to care about giving the best service she can.

Very varied experience with Jackson’s. The young woman (will not name) who organised our move into our new flat made the whole experience a nightmare, it was clear she didn’t care about much more than her bonus. We arrived on move in day to a dirty flat despite the fact that it had been agreed in the contract it would be Professionally cleaned, meaning we had to go home and rearrange the whole move for the next day.. Judging on that experience alone I would give Jackson’s 1 star. However, for our check out we have been looked after by Jamie Nash who really went above and beyond to ensure our move out is as stress free as possible. His service alone deserves 5 stars, so overall I would meet in the middle and say 3! It is all dependent on which member of staff is looking after to you as to whether you will receive a good service.

Having recently rented a flat through Jacksons, my experience with their team thus far has been entirely positive. I found both the lettings consultant who handled the rental process (Komail), and the property manager (Jamie Nash) to be professional, helpful, responsive to our needs or questions/concerns and prompt in following up on matters (eg when repairs were needed at the flat). Having previously had a negative rental experience elsewhere in London, I looked into Jacksons' reviews before deciding to contact them about a flat they had advertised. My experience so far matches their other good reviews, and I am happy to add my positive review and recommend them to other prospective tenants.

Jamie N our property manager is responsive and fair to our needs as tenants responding to issues promptly and managing a resolution. It’s reassuring for us that Jackson’s have a good property management team that actually resolve issues, something that every prospective tenant should consider in their search when renting. Would definitely recommend Jacksons because of this.

I've been renting a property via Jacksons for over 2 years now. This is the first time I dealt with Jess Steer (property management) and have to say it's been the best experience so far - maintenance issues were resolved in no time and she kept me updated throughout the process.

She’s polite and has gone above and beyond in helping with any issue that has come up. Truly hope that she remains my first contact.

Kerry Dunmall has been our property manager and has provided an excellent service in liaising with the landlord and helping approve certain maintenance services, especially in situations where our landlord has been unhelpful.
