Getting the Job done

We recently completed a comprehensive home remodel with Jackson’s Design, led by refurbishment consultant Ana Tonial. Ana brought exceptional project management skills and deep industry knowledge, guiding us through every phase—from design and planning to execution. As with many construction projects, we encountered unforeseen challenges, budget recalibrations, and tough decisions. What set Ana apart was her transparency and steady communication. She kept us informed at every step, even when the updates weren’t always easy to hear. Thanks to her tenacity and responsiveness, the project was completed to a high standard. We’re truly delighted with the transformation and the aesthetic outcome. The journey wasn’t without its bumps, but the result speaks for itself.

Jacksons have been great to work with - Enrico in particular is very dilligent and always there to support both me and my tennants. Living abroad makes this especially valuable as I know I have someone I can trust looking after my flat for me

Unprofessional and opportunistic.

Jackson’s engineered two gazumpings, using our offers, which had been accepted, as leverage. They were unprofessional and opportunistic and focused exclusively on money, rather than trust that should underpin a professional relationship. If you don’t want to be screwed for money, run a mile from Jackson’s.

Lack of care during height of pandamic

Have been very unimpressed with my experience with the property management team through Jacksons in Wandsworth. In particular with the rude correspondence I have received from Sarah Lewis. Especially since handing the notice in for our tenancy- which is in agreement with our contract. We have been bombarded with requests for different people to come to the flat for various services. Bearing in mind this is Mid Jan21 and we are at the height of the rise in Covid cases. They've had no consideration for the fact that we are working from home, or that we need time and space in order to allow people in and clean everything afterwards. All email correspondence has been rude and unsympathetic, and left me feel like I am being unreasonable for looking out for my personal safety. Anytime that maintenance checks etc. were needed for the flat in the past they have never given ample notice and always expected us to drop everything and have people over the next day. The fact that this has not changed or been re evaluated during the height of the pandemic is reflective of the lack of care and safety they are practicing in their own business.

Dreadful service and management of Cara…

Dreadful service and management of Cara at Colchester branch, nasty vile bully who likes to try and belittle you and they refuse to give deposits back which means you have to take them to the Ombudsman which we won and if you Google them look at their dreadful reviews

Annoying to work with.

Quite difficult to deal with, have a lot of restrictions on renting unlike other company's like Dexters. Got go to Dexters.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. Unfortunately I had been with Jackson for a few years and was naive enough to think that their repeated mistakes and errors were one-offs. Clearly some systemic issues with how they run the property management side of the business as well as variability in competence levels of its employees. I eventually left but I regret leaving it so long and incurring continued expenses. Balham and Streatham hill office

Jacksons estate agents in Clapham are brilliant, they put on a marvellous Halloween party for adults and the little ones including a super colouring competition. We all enjoyed it great for the community, well done to them.
