Definitely had some problems with the first unit and the replacement was damaged in shipping. Ingrams was very helpful in the whole process and the unit is currently working well. I found Ingrams to be a very helpful and honorable company to do business with.
Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My order was placed late, and a call was needed to verify the item was in stock and available. She called me back promptly the next morning and finished the order. It is a pleasure to do business where your needs and questions are taken care of.

I had great experiences in the past, unfortunately, this was not the same experience I received. I was told that something in the past was special (it wasn't) and that they do not do this. And to add insult to injury, they sent me a used & broken t-stat (i'm not really sure why, but I threw it away). Great prices and the sales staff is still top-notch, but hopefully, you never have to deal with customer service.
