Ordered last Thursday over 200 order paid extra for royal mail 24 updated to 4 stars free DPD upgrade and a partial refund would have been 5 informed me

Have an on going order each week for delivery on a Wednesday most weeks it’s delivered on a Tuesday but this week I was only notified of the dispatch on Wednesday resulting in me having to go and buy some from another supplier.

Great on time delivery as always, and perfect quietly.

I didn’t bother going through with my order. When I emailed asking questions in the hope they might know what they’re talking about it became obvious they didn’t have a clue. Rather than giving me advice on the product I was sent an email link to the manufacturers site and told to look it up myself. Trying to get any sort of response from this company is like pulling teeth and most of the time they don’t even bother to reply. God only knows what they would be like if I had a problem so I didn’t bother and took my business elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting goods, arrived and all damaged all corners are dented and split and scratched , the glass runner is broken , can’t get hold of anyone been trying all day, email sent awaiting reply DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Sent us a broken heat bulb. I emailed them straight away on which they reply asking for photos. Well unless the bulb had been smashed from the outside (which it hasn't) it would be very difficult to show in a photo that it's broken. I felt this delayed the process somewhat but they have now refunded the money. I wouldn't recommend if you require a bulb quickly.

Very helpful and quick delivery

First off don't bother paying for quick delivery as it won't happen. Then when you chase they say it will arrive that day or the next. So I asked for tracking number just for the number to show the parcel hadn't even been collected. I ordered on the Saturday and it didn't arrive until Friday. Luckily I wasn't in a massive rush. Now fast forward 6 weeks to us now needing to build this viv (we've moved and now have our reptile) open the box to be greeted by a note saying "no runners" and sure enough no runners. So not only do they not deliver in time but they then send something they knew was missing pieces and is then unusable! How can you use a viv without runners for the glass!

UPDATE: Received an email saying my order had been cancelled and would be refunded with no reason as to why. First and last time I'll be shopping with this company. I only used them because they offered next day delivery and I needed the item in a hurry, so I paid the additional £2 (£5.99) but it didn't arrive the next day as promised. I sent an email first thing this morning requesting tracking to make sure someone was available to take the order but heard nothing, tried the online chat service but no one was available and called 3 times but no one answered. Absolutely zero customer service and no item as promised is seriously disappointing.

I have shopped with them a couple of times although after my last experience I won't be shopping with them again. I paid extra for delivery to be within 1-2 days. I placed the order on a Saturday morning but didn't receive my order until Thursday afternoon. The box had a big hole & the disinfectant had been squashed at the top so leaked a little.I emailed them but they haven't been interested in my complaint just kept asking for me to review the so called support I received which was nonexistent. I am extremely disappointed & angry. Customer service is appalling.

Great service, excellent delivery sevice, arrived next day after ordering

Packed and delivered only part of my order, missing the Live food which is the most important part as I havean animal relying on it. Messaged twice and no response. Very poor customer service. Sent me the silk worm chow, but not the 2 boxes of silk worms I purchased. I cannot feed a chameleon silk worm food. I have been a customer for years, but this time I relied of them for a food order and they let me down. I had to desperately find some food elsewhere for my pet. Will purchase elsewhere next time and open a PayPal claim to get my money back as Internet Reptile has zero customer services.

Have bought from Internet Reptile before and never had any problems. On this occasion my non-insect items arrived but no insects. After emailing, I got a quick reply and they dispatched insects straight away by Royal Mail 24 tracked which arrived well packaged and all alive so very happy with service and will be ordering from them again. :-)

Internet reptile have never never let me down. Having never heard of the shop before, I took a chance and now I have been using this company for almost 2 years now. Always perfect shipping, always a perfect product. Excellent service and would definitely buy from again.

Placed my order online and received it complete and perfect the very next morning. It was for frozen items and they arrived all well packed and frozen. Excellent service, I highly recommend this company.
