Ordered reptile carpet and received a completely different colour to the one on the website, asked for a refund they told me that colours are given out at random. Asked them to cover postage cost for the return as the item wasn’t as described and they haven’t responded.

Price was competative and in stock which was the reason for trying Internet Reptile - I needed a light unit quick to replace the old unit that stopped working and I can't fault the experience I've had from them - brilliant and they'll now be one of the first places I look when I need reppy supplies. From placing that initial order to delivery was first class, very well packaged and delivered so quickly. Had one small problem when the box was opened and that was the full order was not sent, on contact with customer service this was sorted and the missing items were delivered the next day. From finding what I needed, the checkout experience right through to courier delivery, I had a very smooth experience. I ordered a tortoise starter kit in preparation for our incoming Hermann, and the price was really competitive with free shipping because I’d spent over a certain amount. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop from this site again if/when I require further items.

Ordered a bearded dragon starter kit to upgrade/replace items for my boy. Everything arrived safely and delivery was quick. Overall very happy with my purchase and would return in future!

i placed an order and was told it will arrive in 3 days. it did not come. no help of emails or facebook. Contacted the delivery company directly and they are saying delays. will be over a week by the time i get it and there is live stock in the order which should off arrived 2-3 days according to the site. Trying to get a hold of someone is impossible
