Return / refund process could be quicker.
Sent us a broken heat bulb. I emailed them straight away on which they reply asking for photos. Well unless the bulb had been smashed from the outside (which it hasn't) it would be very difficult to show in a photo that it's broken. I felt this delayed the process somewhat but they have now refunded the money. I wouldn't recommend if you require a bulb quickly.
