Adrian flux Insurance broker I am very disappointed by dealing with they advertising to attract customers but do not do so There is a very bad experience .. Saddened to deal with for car insurance

Despite the insurance policy I required being inexpensive, Sergio was very patient and helpful in working through the issues with the insurance. I wholeheartedly recommend their customer service and would certainly purchase insurance from them again. Thanks.

Another year of excellent service. We have been insuring with “Insure for Travel” for several years, always receiving good service. We both have medical conditions and these have been covered. Sergio has explained everything clearly, carefully and slowly (good for those of advancing years !) always finding the best price. Many thanks.

First contacted Insure for travel with an undiagnosed medical condition earlier this year and the service I received from Sergio was great. Had such a good experience that I had no hesitation in contacting them again now I have a diagnosis. Super efficient and helpful Company. Proved this after my own computer mishap, whereby I had purchased the same travel Insurance 3 times. Within a very short time a member of staff from Insurefortravel (Sergio) got in touch, Informed me of the Error and rectified the Mistake. Thanks again for Great customer Service, would not hesitate too recommend or use again.

My father was admitted to hospital over Christmas and transferred to ICU 3 days before we were due to travel, on advice of the hospital we cancelled the holiday and had a letter explaining the reasons why. Despite my father passing away on the day we were due to travel, no compassion was shown by Insurefor and although we had his death certificate they still insisted on us getting a form completed by his GP (£40 cost for them to complete) before they’d agree to pay out. After much chasing due to no feedback my wife discovered they’d approved our claim on the 24th without the doctors letter, yet we only received email confirmation of the payout yesterday - 6th Feb. The email was dated 24th and said payment would be in 5-10 working days - from when....? They’d also deducted APD which I’d not spotted in the small print and for some reason a £5 ATOL fee. Terrible communication, zero compassion, sneaky small print and bad customer service.
