I phoned Infinity Oxford branch. I enquired re stock of , Helite Turtle E 2 air vest. The guy checked and told me stock was available in my size and in hi viz colour. I again asked him to confirm that this is the E variant. Twice i was told it is the E and in store. Jumped on my bike, 3 hour round trip only to find,, lanyard version was in stock and E version could be ordered in!! I wanted other items also so, my spend would have been well over£1000,, Will never set foot in an infinity store again,total waste of my time. would leave zero stars if i could.

Ordered a GoPro with accessorys kit and dry bag a week before I was travelling abroad with an estimated delivery date of the following Wednesday. They didn't have all the items to send so was waiting to dispatch my order complete in one. After emailing them to tell them my situation and I was hoping to have the GoPro before travelling they was happy to send me what they had and promised to send the remaining items when they received them in stock. I had the items that had been sent on the estimated delivery date ensuring I had the essentials to travel with. Customer service reply was within the hour and the emails back and forth to help me with my query couldn't have been any quicker. 100% would recommend ordering from them and where possible I will use them again anytime in the future. 10/10.

My experience of the camberley branch is they have the worst customer service I have ever known! I ordered my jacket online, apparently 3-5 day expected delivery in store. Contacted everyday after this point only to be lied to repeatedly. Nobody bothered to chance it up nor did they even make a note. The two names I spoke to were Tom and the manager Terry, in one of my most recent call they didn’t put the phone down correctly and I even heard them call me a dick! I recommend nobody shop at this branch they are just children that have now interest in there job and therefore will put zero effort into helping.

Customer service is excellent! There was a mistake with my order so I contacted their support team. A lady named Stella went above and beyond to ensure that the correct items arrived before the date I needed them. Her care, communication skills and pro activeness were superb. Wil definitely buy more from them. Great company!

I recently went to the Blackwater store to fit out my partner with all weather touring kit. We were attended to by Luca and the store-manager Terry both of whom gave excellent advice. They were extremely attentive and gave us as much time as was needed to ensure everything was a perfect fit. With extraordinary quantities of stock I wouldn't hesitate to go back even though it's 70 miles from home.

Had to use telephone contact as my bank payment was stalling using web. Mike and Kelly were knowledgable, helpful, efficient and friendly. Order arrived first thing the following morning. Superb customer service and delivery. Thanks.

Alpinestars TechAir 5 airbag service. On 07/06/24 I collected my TechAir 5 from the Farnborough branch. Thank you Josh and Henry for servicing my vest promptly. It is now so clean it looks brand new.

Brilliant customer service, had a rather large order and amongst my order were a part of RST S1 boots. Only one arrived in the box and within 5 minutes Lou had sorted the entire situation out and send the replacement which arrived within 48 hours. Great customer service from start to finish and even on returning the suit because I had order the wrong size they were extremely helpful and again Lou had it all organised and my exchange items on their way to me within hours of the suit arriving back at the depot. Brilliant staff and will certainly be shopping again in the future. Gold Star!

Overall the store has a great variety of high-quality items with competitive prices and excellent customer service. Came into the Norwich store to buy my first set of gear and Lydia took plenty of time to go around the whole store with me to help choose all the gear that most suited me for comfort and safety, ensuring that all the gear fit properly enough that it would work effectively, and also explaining all the different types of gear they have available and how they work

Excellent service from Adam in Glasgow. Able to sort something simple out with no hassel.Infinity always seem to go one step further than others and thats why I go back.

Massive thank you for the awesome service I've had at your Holborn and Clapham stores. I've been a bit of a "loyal" customer over at S****B*** for a while now. Can't fault their online shop - it's pretty on par with yours, and the prices are decent. But when it comes to their in-store staff, it's a bit of a different story. On a scale of 1-10, I'd probably rate them a solid -2! Your lot, on the other hand, are absolutely top-notch. Popped into both the Holborn and Clapham stores recently, and I've gotta say, the folks there are a real credit to your team. Super helpful, clued up about all things bike gear, and they really go out of their way to make sure customers get exactly what they need. What really impressed me was their dedication to finding the right gear for each person, rather than just pushing the priciest option. I've heard from mates that sometimes they can be a bit too eager to sell one thing over another, but honestly, that's just par for the course, and it doesn't bother me one bit. Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for the stellar service. No sales pitch here, just genuine appreciation for a job well done. I'll definitely be singing Infinity's praises to all my mates, and you can bet I'll be back for all my biking bits and bobs in the future. Whenever I come into the store Pawel always helps with any questions I have and always guides me to the best products suiting my needs also the rest of the team are always welcoming.

Very happy with my new HJC helmet, the team has been really helpful. First a lady whom I didn’t get the name of, blonde and quite petite gave me all the advices I need, she knew what she was talking about. I couldn’t decide between two models online and she ordered both to help me choose. Then when I returned two days later both Cage and Yassin very also very helpful to help me decide which to go for, the transaction was done smoothly, will definitely return and recommend

I been dealing with the Watford side of infinity for some time now & i have always had excellent service. Looks like there has been a change in management. Dealing with Denice has been very frustrating to say the least, never does what he says. I have a very simple warranty claim on my Alpinestars boots which was authorised by alpinestars. Nearly two weeks & no boots. I'm going to Belgium tomorrow with out boots which will bee fun in the rain. If there is some not in the watford side could help that would be most appreciated.

Getting back on the bikes after a 10 year hiatus. The guys down in Belfast were great helping me get sorted with a new helmet, jacket and gloves. Really knowledgeable guys and kept me right getting the best gear to suit my budget. Great selection in store, friendly, helpful staff and a happy customer.
